House Resolution 129 and Senate Resolution 61 were brought to the floor by Former Prisoners of War from the Vietnam War. From the House side Representative Sam Johnson, (16 April 1966 - 12 February 1973) and from the Senate side, John McCain, (26 October 1966 – 14 March 1973).

 

Take a minute and read both Resolutions and if you agree with what Mr. Johnson & Mr. McCain, then you need to take action. Both Resolutions are looking for additional Co-Sponsors. Here is where you can help; call YOUR Congressman or Congresswoman's office, ask to speak the Chief of Staff or the Legislative Staff, explain in your own words why he or she should be a Co-Sponsor for this Resolution. Repeat the process with your Senators (Do BOTH of your Senators)
